Quotes and Bookings
Quotes provided by Got Balloons are based on the information supplied by the customer and may be subject to change if the event requirements, location, quantities, design, installation requirements, or other details change.
A quote or inquiry does not guarantee availability. An event is considered booked only after any required payment, deposit, or other booking requirements communicated by Got Balloons have been completed.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate event information, including the event date, time, location, venue requirements, requested design, and any access or setup restrictions.
Customers are also responsible for obtaining any necessary permission from venues or property owners for the installation of balloon décor or related equipment.
SMS/Text Messaging Terms
When you provide your mobile phone number and expressly consent to receive SMS messages from Got Balloons, you may receive text messages related to your inquiry, quote, availability, booking, appointment, event details, setup, delivery, customer service, and other service-related communications.
If you separately consent to receive promotional or marketing text messages, Got Balloons may also send you information about services, promotions, special offers, or other marketing communications.

Any cancellation, refund, or rescheduling terms communicated as part of an individual booking will apply to that booking.
Balloon and Décor Conditions
Balloons and event décor can be affected by environmental conditions including heat, direct sunlight, wind, rain, humidity, temperature changes, sharp objects, and handling by guests or third parties.
Got Balloons cannot guarantee the condition or longevity of balloon décor after installation when deterioration or damage results from environmental conditions, venue conditions, guest interaction, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
